In our most recent update, we made some improvements in mainly Admin and User Portal.

• Now, when marking an opportunity as “Close Lost,” admins can choose a reason for the loss.
• A new “description” field has been added when creating custom commissions in Advanced Analytics. This field lets you include extra details, giving you greater clarity and control over your commissions.
• The Commission Sales history is now visible, enabling users and administrators to review previous commission transactions.
• The opportunity page has been updated with a button that allows users to chat directly with the admin.
